Coinbase users can send supported crypto assets on the Polygon sidechain network. The company says the new feature simplifies the bridging process often required when sending tokens across different networks.

  1. Shardeum updates of the recent week:-Shardeum announced that they have added Shardeum Liberty to Spriyo NFT Marketplace, so now you can mint NFTs on Shardeum Liberty.
  2. 0xDefi is landing on shardeum alphanet Liberty 1.1 . The new thing is, this time they are a lot more than traditional AMM (This is just a spark to the new era of Defi on shardeum).
  3. Shardeum conducted internal testing for larger consensus group sizes before and after their transaction consensus optimizations. They’re also bringing their fixes together for the 1.2 RC build for internal developer testing, and planning for Liberty 1.2.
  4. In business, They’re in the process of setting up an Indian subsidiary of the Shardeum foundation. Meanwhile, They continue to onboard and engage with investors from the Shardeum seed round.
  5. Shardeum reveiles the logo of Shardeum Swap, the first Dapp on Shardeum Network.

  1. Polkadot updates of the last week:-Bifrost and Coinversation have won the most recent parachain slot auctions on Polkadot and began onboarding to the network immediately after the auctions.
  2. Web3 Foundation is collaborating with Project Liberty on the implementation of the Decentralized Social Networking Protocol (DSNP). Watch the recent panel on the social media project with Polkadot Founder Gavin Wood and Project Liberty’s Frank McCourt.
  3. Polkadot’s latest Staking Update introduced an option to “chill” a pool — valuable for scenarios that require pool dismantling, and optional pool roles, leaving control to the governance when preferred.
  4. The Rococo testnet was transformed into a playground for parachains at the end of last year. Polka Dot Founder Rob Habermeier’s update provides a brief history of Rococo and its progress.
  5. Origin Trail was recently featured on the Relay Chain podcast to discuss their Decentralized Knowledge Graph (DKG), often referred to as ‘the google of Web3’, and their OriginTrail parachain.

  • The circle is launching Euro Coin (asset-backed stable coin) on June 30.
  • They introduced the Gray Glacier network upgrade and pushes the Ice Age/Difficulty bomb back by 700,000 blocks. No other changes are introduced as part of Gray Glacier. The upgrade will only affect the mainnet of the Ethereum network. Gray Glacier will not be deployed on any testnets until June 29, 2022, after Ropsten switched to proof-of-stake.
