  • Before the pattern making process begins, you must carefully pick out amongst a pool of choices provided to you and communicate the changes you would want to introduce in the standard design.
  • Certain broad parameters that would need your attention before the pattern making step are:-Type Of Fabric, depending upon the frequency of use, season of use and the purpose of purchasing the apparel.
  • Fabric Colour, which is entirely your choice!
  • Fabric Design, which comprises the fabric cut, type of print etc.

CLOTH CUTTING: -

  • The T-Shirt making process now takes a kick start since the lines along the fabric are made and specified.
  • The T-shirt sections are cut to the dimensions of the patterns. The pieces consist of a tubed body, or separate front and back sections, sleeves, perhaps pockets, and trim.
  • We carve cloth cuttings on the bass of the measurements you give us, entrusting them to be your perfect fits, so make sure your sizes are perfect, or else, we’re always there!

FUSING

  • At QuadB, we like to be double sure that everything we provide to you is all the more durable.
  • In the fusing process, the print is administered to high pressure so that the print is fused with the interlinings of the fabric to make the print permanent and quote it with thermoplastic resin. This makes prints the fabric print vital. After all, your prints must be tough, just like you!

STITCHING:-

  • Putting back the cut pieces and giving it the shape of a garment altogether would actually give the T-Shirt a practical shape.
  • Stitching is the step where minor yet detailed intricacies are taken care of so that even little aspects of your garment meet the specifications you state.
  • It includes:-
  • Assembling the front and back
  • The separate pieces for the front and back sections are stitched together at the sides. They are joined at the seam lines to form a simple, narrow, superimposed seam and stitched together using an over edge stitch. Utmost care is taken to avoid a needle cutting the yarn of the fabric, which can lead to tears in the garment.
  • Assembling the sleeves
  • The hems of sleeves are generally finished before they are fitted into the garment, since it is easier to hem the fabric while it is flat. An automated system or a manual arrangement is used to move the sleeves to the sewing head by conveyor or sew the sleeves together as the case maybe. The edge may be finished by folding it over, forming the hem and stitching, or by applying a band. The band may be attached as a superimposed seam or folded over the edge as binding.

  • FINISHING:-
  • Your fabric must not have any flinch of extra threads, any irregular colour patches or inconsistencies that should not form a part of your apparel.
  • Taking care of that, we assign special coordinators to scrutinise each and every piece of clothing that forms a part of the order to be sent at your doorstep.

  • PRESS PACKING:-
  • Tees come out perfect and well suiting when properly ironed to the corners giving a neat and tidy look to the best. All the garments are ironed and packed in gift pouches, simple packages or premium packages as you tell us to!
