BRIEF EXPLANATION ABOUT NEO
Neo, previously known as Antshares, is the first open source, public chain-based blockchain project and second-generation smart contract platform in China. It has become one of the leading Chinese blockchain projects and is often compared to Ethereum, NEO’s Western counterpart.
